Level 3 Communications signs Twofour as its first Enabled Service Provider in Europe to deliver Microsoft smooth streaming services
Level 3 Communications, a Tier 1 Internet provider who offers a portfolio of metro and long-haul services, including transport, data, Internet, content delivery and voice, has confirmed Twofour as a new member of its Enabled Service Provider (ESP) programme in Europe.
Twofour is now offering Level 3's comprehensive range of Content Delivery Network (CDN) services and they will be working together on developing and expanding business opportunities around online media. The specific focus of the relationship will be Microsoft Silverlight and PlayReady DRM, powered by Twofour’s MEDIAFREEDOM™ online video platform.
